When you participate in HKTT online activities or online surveys (including sweepstakes, voting, contests or promotions), we will ask you to provide personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and address to facilitate the activity and be able to notify you of prizes. General browsing
In order to evaluate the traffic of each webpage and the users’ path to HKTT, HKTT will keep relevant records generated by the server when you browse the Internet, including the IP address of the connected device, the time of use, the browser used, click data records, etc. We will mark the browsers of individual users, summarize and organize the web pages browsed by the user‘s browser within HKTT website to keep your information confidential and safe, unless you are willing to inform your personal information or explicitly consent to cross border information transfer. In the latter case, HKTT will not be able to conform to this term with you. Such transfer may present possible risks for you due to the lack of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.

Please note that the websites linked to HKTT may also collect your personal information. When you provide your personal information through the method above, these rules will not be applied to these strategic alliance partners or linked websites. Thus, HKTT shall not bear any joint liability.

If you write to contact HKTT or report your comments to the customer service through “Contact Us”, HKTT will save your communication records for the above-mentioned purposes. In addition, we will occasionally invite users to complete the survey data used by HKTT for internal research.
2. Rules for sharing your personal data between HKTT and third parties
We may share your personal information with our third-party shared service providers for the above purposes, including distributors who directly supply you with products, service providers who assist HKTT in managing promotional lists, online activities, online surveys and market research. Please properly manage your Member Account and any personal information, and do not provide such information to any third party.
If you are sharing your computer with others or are using a public computer, remember to close the browser window to prevent others from reading your personal information.
Inevitable risk
Once HKTT receives the information you send, HKTT will do its best to ensure the security of the storage in the system. Since Internet data transmission cannot guarantee 100% security, HKTT cannot guarantee the security of the data you send to or received from HKTT. Although we will work hard to protect the security of your personal data, you are also requested to bear the aforementioned risks.
7. Right to access and correct personal information
You have the right to check whether we hold any of your personal information and request access to and to correct your personal information in any of our records. You can modify or delete your profile within certain HKTT services, through your account. Your information previously posted may still be publicly viewable. After you delete or we assist you to delete the information, we may not be able to immediately delete the relevant information from the backup system due to applicable laws and security technologies, and we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be deleted or anonymized.
