All of our goods come from genuine suppliers or legitimate distributors, and the packaging maybe different depending on the imported country. For example, A product packaging in Japan, Korea & Europe is different even though the product itself is exactly the same.

 

We guarantee our products are 100% brand new & fresh,we also inspect every single product being shipped out before wrapping up to ensure customers receive them in the best condition.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

I received wrong / defect products, What to do?

Misdelivery issue:
We inspect & double check all product/s before shipping out, if it is indeed a misdelivery, please return the product (make sure it is not unboxed) to us along with the order receipt (Freight will be borne by us). We then re-ship the correct item/s to you. Please contact us and provide your order number before returning the parcel to us in order to complete the above process.

Packaging issues:

Each item is delivered from all over the world to us and then deliver to you by logistic courier, where products are inevitably subject to minor collisions in the course of shipment.

We do our best to properly package each item, and the vast majority of the goods are packaged with papers, and if there is a slight dent, scratch, crease or stain on the surface of the package, but it will not affect the quality of the goods.
Please understand the above reasons cannot return or exchangeable. All products here are genuine.

How do I apply for refund or exchange?

How long does it take for the refund process?

All returned items must be in unused status. In general, refund can be sent back to your original payment source within four weeks from the date of processing.

 

Shipping fee will still be charged if requesting for refund due to incorrect address that prevents your order from being delivered,
If you suspect that your order is missing, please contact us within 60 days to follow up.

 

We reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute with respect to the arrangements for refunds & returns.

SF Express is the default courier for Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan shipment. Customer can also choose to use other logistics companies upon request.

What is SF Code? (Hong Kong & Macau)

Is a pickup code provided by SF Express to simplify the entry of detailed addresses. If customers know or find the code, you can simply enter the code directly without putting in the full shipping address. On the one hand, it can protect your privacy as well as picking your order up whenever you want within a 3 days.

 

How do I find SF Code? Customer can find > it in the SF Express Home Page – SF Network.

 

Or you can choose the most convenient pick up point in EF Locker Locations There will be a code next to it.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally delivered to courier companies within 24 hours.

The delivery process in Hong Kong and Macao takes about 1 to 3 working days*, depending on the courier.

Rest of the countries or regions depending on the couriers assigned. It usually takes about 3 to 16 working days*.

Shipping by overseas suppliers (pre-orders):
Delivery takes about 7 to 21 working days*. Depends on the types of product.

Shipping to China

According to the Notice on The Policy of Policy on Retail Imports of Cross-Border E-Commerce, as of April 8, 2016, the identity of the purchaser of cross-border e-commerce retail import goods will need to be verified by real name, so the recipient’s name must be the same as the Chinese name shown on the identity card or passport.

 

Cross-border e-commerce retail imports for personal use have set a ceiling on the purchase amount, the amount of a single transaction shall not exceed RMB5,000, and the amount of individual transactions shall not exceed RMB26,000.

 

All orders that exceed the limits of cross-border e-commerce retail import transactions for personal use have the chance to delay customs clearance and we are not liable for any damage or loss of goods caused by delays in the delivery of goods due to customs policies or customs duties.
